There is a scheduled platform upgrade for Maropost Marketing Cloud that will result in a temporary service disruption. The only components affected are the native integrations between Marketing Cloud and select eCommerce platforms.
AFFECTED INTEGRATIONS ================= - Shopify: Syncs/webhooks will pause, outbound updates and Abandoned Cart journeys will be delayed - Neto: Order/customer/product syncs will pause, Abandoned Cart journeys will be delayed - Retail Express: POS/retail data syncs and real-time lookups will pause - Keap: Contact/tag/transaction/form/ecommerce imports will pause - ClickBank: Cart notifications will pause, Abandoned Cart journeys will be delayed - Integration management: Cannot create/edit connections or OAuth flows during the window
NOT AFFECTED ========== - Core Marketing Cloud (email/SMS, campaigns, journeys, landing pages), direct APIs, and SFTP imports/exports will continue normally.
ACTION REQUIRED ============ Verify your integrations afterward and re-run any failed jobs if needed. Queued work will resume automatically.
