At 3:00PM Eastern Time Zone, an alert was triggered notifying Maropost's Ops Team that the web service used to authenticate users logging in to app.maropost.com was returning intermittent failure alerts.

For an approximately 30 minute period, certain users were not able to log in to the web application.

Our Engineering Team has confirmed that this service disruption was limited to logging into the web application only. Access to the API server, the sending of campaigns, and the execution imports and exports were unaffected.

System health has now been fully restored to baseline norms.

All systems should now be fully operational for all clients. Thank you for your patience as we worked through this.

A Post Mortem of this incident will be posted within 2 business days.
