Incident Report for Maropost Marketing Cloud

Resolved

At 7:30 AM Eastern, our Engineering Team became aware of a significant delay with email campaign deliveries from Marketing Cloud.

By 9:00 AM Eastern, the root cause was identified. And by 10:50 AM Eastern, the corrective action was implemented.

Our Engineering Team has now confirmed that system health has been fully restored to baseline norms.

All systems should now be fully operational for all clients. Thank you for your patience as we worked through this.

The Root Cause Analysis indicated that a recent configuration change caused email injection jobs to stall. The adjusted configuration has resulted in full restoration of services.
