A system update is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, 2020 at 2:30AM Eastern Time Zone. This update is part of Maropost's continual improvements in Quality of Service. As part of this update, there will be a momentary service suspension lasting approximately 15-20 minutes.

During this brief period, there will be certain components of the platform that will be temporarily unavailable. These components include access to the FTP server, access to the API server, and Automation (including Journeys and Data Journeys).

In addition, opens, clicks, bounces, unsub, and complaints will not be processed. By scheduling this update at a time of lowest activity, we expect to minimize the impact to you.

You will, however, still be able to log into the application. Web hosting services (including web tracking, campaign conversion tracking, Acquisition Builder, and hosted landing pages) will continue to be available as well.

As soon as service is restored, emails scheduled during the time of the service update will be sent. If you would like to know further details regarding how you may be impacted by this planned update, please contact support@maropost.com.
