A system update is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2020 at 2:00AM Eastern Time Zone. This update is part of Maropost's continual improvements in Quality of Service. As part of this update, there will be a momentary service suspension lasting between 10 to 15 minutes.

During this brief period, login to the application will be suspended, the API server will not be available, and campaigns scheduled during this time will be delayed until service is restored.

In addition, there will be a momentary 5-10 second period in which opens, clicks, bounces, unsub, and complaints will not be received. By scheduling this update at a time of lowest activity, we expect to minimize the impact to you.

As soon as service is restored, emails and text messages scheduled during the time of the service update will be sent. If you would like to know further details regarding how you may be impacted by this planned update, please contact support@maropost.com.
